YUKI HORIKOSHI

Doing comedy is hard as it is. But doing it in your non-native tongue is just a whole different level. Yuki does it every night. Yuki is a Japanese comedian from Saitama who studied under and joined Yoshimoto, their country’s largest comedy talent agency, straight out of high school.

After grinding in comedy obscurity for 9 years, Yuki needed a change and applied to be one of Yoshimoto’s exports. This landed him in the Philippines, where he immediately adapted to the culture, language, and humor. With the aid of his trusty sketchpad, Yuki pokes fun at himself and the mishaps of being a foreigner living in an unfamiliar land, all while wowing the audience on his command of the Filipino language. Now, if we can only get is papers in order… kidding! He’s legal!
