Yes. Many stand-up comedians engage in “crowd work,” where they interact with the audience, respond to reactions, and sometimes improvise jokes based on real-time moments.

Stand-up comedy is usually a mix of both. Comedians prepare their material in advance, but they often adjust delivery, add improvisation, and react to the audience during the performance.

Unlike movies or skits, stand-up comedy is live and unfiltered. The energy comes from direct interaction between the comedian and the audience, making each show unique and unpredictable.

My first time to watch a comedy gig (with a group pa) and I must say, I’m very impressed and amazed. Entertainers do not bully their audiences as we normally expect when it comes to comedy shows. My friends and I had so much fun and laughters watching this show. Kuddos to the Comedy Crew! More power. Galing nilang lahat. Walang tapon.
